Hi,
Recently, I had a rough divorce with my wife. Even after the divorce, she falsely claims that I assaulted her for 6 months. The police without proper enquiry charged me based on her words. I had no idea what was happening. I have consulted a criminal defense lawyer in Toronto to get rid of this.
They said that there are many cases where allegations of domestic violence abuse are fabricated or exaggerated because one of the parties is angry or jealous. Does anyone have more ideas about this? Please share your ideas.
