Hey there,
When a tenant moves out, turnover is always a daunting task.
Yesterday our tenants moved out. Today morning I thought of inspecting the home and found that they have left a bunch of stuff behind in one room. It was left full of furniture, trash, disgusting carpets, and appliances that had to be removed. It's the responsibility of the house owner to turn over a neat and tidy home for the incoming tenant. So, I need to get rid of the junks left by them before the new tenant arrives.I'm considering to hire a junk removal service that offers cost-effective junk removal prices.
