I have worked 30 years as a construction worker in Toronto, and pretty much tried of it. I have got bruises and scars from the job all over my body. Lately, I have started developing allergies, and asthma too engulfed me. I am no longer able to work in a construction site mostly due to the dust. I am looking for a less hectic job. Well, I did my research, and I could see that security guard jobs fetch a lot of money. I am probably looking for a security guard job in malls or some office so that I won't be bothered much. But I need a first. I have heard of companies who provide guard training and on successful completion, a security license as well. I would like to know if it is possible to get a license without undergoing training! If not, do you think, someone like me, 54 years old, asthma patient, can complete the training successfully? Is it a feasible option for me? Please help me with the training details. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. |
