My friend is a great guitar player and she has a retail instrument store in Vancouver. Last day some disputes occurred at her shop. As part of the clearance, they were selling few instruments at a 50% discount and one of her customers asked for the discount for the fixed rate stuff. She said him that it is a fixed rate guitar and it can’t be given at a discount. He said that he wants that instrument at a discount rate but she refused. He called abusive words and went off the shop. Thankfully he didn’t go much wild. She is very tense right now. I suggested her to add up some commercial security measures like security cameras, security guards to the shop that she can work without any worries. She already has security cameras at her shop. What security can be added to the shop to prevent such disgraceful customers? Any ideas or suggestions would be a great help. Many thanks.
