Hi friends,
We've signed a contract to complete the renovations of my condo by April 2019. However, I paid some amount in advance, and after I paid the last installment, he started making excuses for why he couldn't arrive on the site to finish the work. The work is now two months behind the schedule. He keeps telling that he would complete the work as soon as possible. I just wanted the work to be finished on time because currently I'm living in a rented house due to the renovation works. I cannot no longer afford the rental charges. I'm thinking about hiring a small claims paralegal in Ontario to just act as a mediator between us.
Anyone have a positive experience with someone in particular?
Also need some legal advice. Thanks for your time. |
