Hey folks,
I had back pain when I was a teenager and was barely able to move. I was able to get rid of it after two weeks of physiotherapy treatment. After I had my first baby a few years later, my lower back pain returned. I had fixed an appointment two months before with a nearby physiotherapy clinic in Toronto. But due to the coronavirus outbreak, we all are advised to be indoors to keep distance from others. The clinic also offers virtual care services. So, I thought of scheduling a virtual appointment so the physiotherapist would recommend on how to get rid of the pain. Is there anyone here who has any experience in virtual treatment? |
